Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 48 hours of delivery if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. Please include photos so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, used or worn items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • gift cards
  • sale items
  • personalized or custom products

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to request a return for the original item and place a new order once the return is approved.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund was approved.

If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
